FAQ

Where are you located?

We are located in Runcorn, Cheshire but we have people who travel from as far as Scotland or Cornwall for our puppies.

Do you allow visits to choose a puppy?

Visits are arranged once puppies are older, primarily to meet the litter and parents rather than to select individual puppies.

Do you offer lifetime support?

Yes. We expect to remain a point of contact throughout the dog’s life.

Do you keep a waiting list?

Yes. We operate a waiting list for both Labradors and Golden Retrievers. Placement is based on suitability, not enquiry order.

How many puppies do you breed each year?

We do not aim for a specific number. The number of puppies produced depends entirely on the dogs available to breed and their suitability at the time.

Do you offer payment plans?

No. We do not offer payment plans or delayed payments.

What should I bring when collecting my puppy?

We provide guidance prior to collection, including feeding routines and settling-in advice.

Can I choose my puppy?

Puppies are matched based on temperament and suitability.

Do you sell breeding rights?

No, puppies are sold as pets or working dogs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do you have any puppies available "now"

No. If you are looking for a puppy "right now" we are not the right breeder for you. Our waitlist is typically months to years long.

Can I reserve a puppy before the litter is born?

Expressions of interest are taken in advance, but deposits are only accepted once the litter is born.

Are you a licenced breeder?

Yes - We are licenced at Higher Standard by Halton Borough Council. Licence number NA4YNH74MO/1

Can you hold a puppy if I’m on holiday?

Extended stays may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur additional costs.

We are selective about where our puppies go. Completing an enquiry form or paying a deposit does not guarantee a puppy. Our priority is placing each dog in the most suitable home for life.
