Terms and Conditions



1. Deposit Amount

  • The buyer agrees to pay an initial £500 deposit to be placed on the breeder’s waitlist for an upcoming litter, which will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy.


2. Purpose of Deposit

  • The initial deposit guarantees the buyer a spot for an upcoming litter.


3. Deposit and Refund Policy

The deposit is paid to secure the buyer's place on the waiting list and/or reserve a puppy from a planned or confirmed litter. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Changing their mind;
  • Changes in personal, family, housing, employment, or financial circumstances;
  • Purchasing a puppy from another breeder;
  • Failure to maintain contact with the breeder;
  • Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timescales.

The breeder will refund the deposit in full, or transfer it to a future litter at the buyer's discretion, if the breeder is unable to provide a suitable puppy. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • The planned mating does not result in a litter;
  • Insufficient puppies are born to meet demand;
  • A puppy of the gender specified by the buyer in writing prior to birth is unavailable;
  • A puppy is deemed unsuitable due to health concerns;
  • The breeder decides that no suitable puppy is available for the buyer.
  • The breeder reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at any stage if they believe the placement would not be in the best interests of the puppy. In such circumstances, all monies paid by the buyer will be refunded in full.


4. Payment Method

  • Deposits can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.


5. Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the collection day, which will be confirmed once the puppy reaches appropriate age (typically 8 weeks old).
  • Failure to pay the final balance or collect the puppy on the agreed date may result in forfeiture of the puppy and all deposits paid.


6. Health Guarantee and Sales Contract

  • A full Sales Contract and Health Guarantee will be provided and signed at the time of final payment and puppy collection.


7. Acknowledgment

  • By submitting the initial deposit, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
